About the Role

Khialdas Constructions is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise government construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing Government, MES, Residential, and Commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Architects, and Government authorities.
- Monitor labour, subcontractors, machinery, and material utilization.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
- Maintain site records, DPRs, progress reports, and measurement books.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Verify quantities and assist in billing and work measurements.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction.
- Proven experience in Government Projects, MES Projects, Residential Buildings, and Commercial Construction.
- Sound knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural works, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling multiple construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and site management.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
