About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with knowledge/ completed internships, or hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or Data research. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year (or more) of internship/full-time experience in this field is preferred.

We encourage candidates with practical experience, creativity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional workplace to apply. This role offers a clear growth path to Senior Executive and Team Lead positions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
- Help prepare monthly content calendars and content strategies
- Support engagement, reach, and brand awareness campaigns
- Track and analyze basic social media performance metrics
- Get hands-on exposure to Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and AI tools
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus

Data Research:

- Research US/UK business leads using LinkedIn, Google Maps, and company websites
- Maintain and update data in Excel sheets
- Knowledge of Excel formulas and data handling

E-commerce Management

- Handle product listing and product research across e-commerce platforms
- Manage Shopify stores, including product uploads, pricing, and inventory updates




- Manage WordPress/WooCommerce stores, including website updates and content management
- Ensure smooth functioning and regular maintenance of client websites

Eligibility:

- Any graduate (Arts/Commerce/Science)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Required Skills:

- Basic MS Excel
- English Communication
- Experience in social media and digital marketing
- Basic Canva designing
- AI tools exposure
- Knowledge of E-commerce (Product Research/Listing is a plus)
- An understanding of content planning and content strategy is preferred
- Basic understanding of email flow, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling is a plus
