Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at MaintWiz. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services, continuously innovate by staying updated with the latest research and technologies, and ensure our models perform optimally in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models: Build scalable machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business problems.
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering: Prepare and transform raw data into suitable formats for model training and evaluation.
- Model training and optimization: Train and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve high performance and accuracy.
- Deploy and monitor models: Implement models into production environments and ensure they perform well over time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists,



software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
- Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our solutions.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java
- AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Data Handling: Solid skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech, MSC Computer Science
Skills: Python, R, or Java, AI/ML Frameworks, Analytical Skills
