The Production Engineer(Supervisor)is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing activities related to pharmaceutical equipment such as cleanroom equipment, isolators, biosafety cabinets, and process machinery. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1.Execute daily and weekly production plans as per work orders.

2.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines and materials.

3.Supervise fabrication, machining, welding, assembly and finishing activities.

4.Ensure adherence to quality standards and GMP requirements.

5.Interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with design team.

6.Identify process improvements and reduce wastage and rework.





7.Coordinate with stores and purchase for material availability.

8.Enforce safety practices and maintain housekeeping (5S).

9.Manage and train shop floor workforce.

10.Maintain production reports and documentation.

Skills Required

Robust knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal processes.

Understanding of GMP and pharma standards.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
