The purpose of an Engineer – Proposal (Estimation) position is to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically feasible cost estimates and proposals for projects so that the organization can successfully win bids and execute projects profitably.

Role and Responsibilities -

Estimation and Technical Offer Preparation
Execute accurate cost estimates and technical offers based on project requirements.
Develop technically suitable offers as per URS of clients.
Gather necessary information and ensure offers meet customer needs.
Prepare and submit detailed offers / proposals.
Standardization of technical offers with drawings.

Factory Coordination
Liaise with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
Monitor production schedules and resolve manufacturing issues.
Coordinate quality control checks and ensure compliance with standards.
Visit factory as and when required to oversee production and inspect quality.
Provide feedback and recommendations based on factory visit observations.

Customer Communication
Visit clients for technical discussions and finalizing orders if required.
Act as point of contact for customers,



addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Vendor Development and Communication
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Communicate requirements, negotiate terms, and manage procurement processes.

Update CRM & Sales Reports
Update enquiries and offers in CRM software such as ODOO, EDGE, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.
Compile sales data to prepare sales reports.
Prepare MIS reports summarizing performance metrics.
Monitor and manage routine email correspondence.
Draft and reply to professional emails.

PI (Proforma Invoice) and Work Order Generation
Generate Proforma Invoices upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
Prepare Sales Orders and issue work orders to production team.

Preparation of Quality Control Documents
Support factory team for documentation related to DQ/IQ/OQ.
Ensure all QC documents are updated and compliant.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
