About the Role

We are looking for experienced telecallers who specialize in admission counselling and lead conversion. If you know how to handle inquiries, build trust with parents/students, and close admissions over the phone, we want to meet you.

Please Note: This posting is strictly for candidates with prior experience in the education or admission sector. Freshers or candidates without sales/counselling experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Handling: Call back on inbound inquiries (leads) and follow up on existing database of prospective students.
- Conversion:



Aggressively work on converting hot and warm leads into confirmed admissions to meet monthly targets.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding fees, course structure, and placement guarantees effectively.

Who Can Apply?

- Experience Mandatory: Proven track record as a Telecaller, Admission Counselor, or Inside Sales Executive in an Educational Institute, University, or Ed-Tech company.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and or English . Must have a neutral accent and persuasive speaking style.
- Target-Driven: Must be comfortable with high-volume calling (60-80 calls per day) and meeting weekly enrollment targets.
