JOB DESCRIPTION-SOURCING MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to join our real estate team as a Residential Sourcing Manager. This role involves on-ground sourcing of channel partners and brokers to drive walk-ins at the residential project site.

:

- Identify and onboard local brokers, agents, and channel partners to promote residential projects.
- Regularly visit broker offices and network locally to build strong partnerships.
- Generate walk-ins to the project site through channel activation and local outreach.
- Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, site details) to potential partners and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain and update a database of brokers and leads regularly.
- Provide feedback from the market to the sales and marketing team.




- Ensure prompt communication and coordination between the site team and sourcing partners.
- Represent the project positively and professionally in all broker interactions.

:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in field marketing/sales are welcome.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within local areas for field visits and broker engagement.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a learning mindset.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and residential property market is an added advantage.

Work Location: Thane

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
