- Supervised Government sites operations like UMC, MJP etc. ensuring all work was carried out as per safety standards and project requirements.
- Coordination with Plant Executives , engineers, contractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow and efficient execution of tasks.
- Monitored work progress and ensured timely completion of all activities as per schedule without compromising quality.
- Maintained records of daily activities, attendance, and material usage for proper documentation.
- Identified and resolved in office issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
- Ensured strict adherence to safety rules and maintained discipline at the plant site.
- Managed materials efficiently to reduce wastage and ensure availability for ongoing work.
- Prepared daily and weekly progress reports and updated management on site activities.
