At Dee Pet Services, we are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Job Role

- Calling potential and existing customers
- Explaining our pet care services and products
- Handling customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintaining customer records and call details
- Coordinating with the internal team for bookings and support
- Converting leads into successful bookings/sales
- Following up with clients through calls and WhatsApp

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Polite and professional behaviour
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and interact with customers
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred




- Love for pets is a bonus

- Position: Telecaller

- Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 day (Except saturday & Sunday)
- Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
