About the Role

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. The intern will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify opportunities, generate leads, support customer interactions, and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Generate and maintain leads through online research, calls, emails, and networking activities.
- Support customer outreach and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and project updates.
- Participate in meetings, client discussions, and business development activities.
- Track market opportunities and provide insights to improve sales strategies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Interest in B2B sales and industrial markets.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
