Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – IT Project Management to lead and manage IT projects for a leading pharmaceutical client in Goa. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical compliance standards and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, regulatory authorities, and external vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure all IT projects comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams for documentation, validation, and compliance activities.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track, manage, and resolve project issues effectively.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management when required.
- Oversee implementation and integration of ERP, CRM, LIMS,



and other pharmaceutical IT systems.
- Lead, mentor, and support IT professionals, business analysts, and technical specialists.
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing ERP, CRM, LIMS, or other pharma-specific IT applications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
