Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline our day-to-day operations across both E-commerce and Retail channels. This role requires strong coordination skills, operational discipline, and the ability to handle multiple workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Inventory (inward & outward stock movement) of products across multiple online platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon) & stores
- New order placement to multiple suppliers
- Performing QC of incoming stock
- On-boarding products across multiple online platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, etc.)
- Monitor inventory status and report stock across all platforms on daily basis
- Analyse high performing SKUs, trend analysis across all platforms
- Stock fulfilment on daily basis in the store by end of the day & display management




- Maintain pricing & tagging for all products displayed in the store
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Assist in visual merchandising and in-store experience
- Prepare stock records and reports on monthly basis
- Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Retail Operations
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar
- Good knowledge in ChatGPT/ Gemini content creation
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

- Experience in home décor / lifestyle / D2C brands
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain workflows
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
