Job Description / Responsibilities Job Profile Overview :

1. To do kickoff meetings at the beginning of project.

2. Coordinating with Vendors & material follow ups.

3. Preparing Price List.

4. P.O. releasing to vendors

5. Reviewing documents like BOQ & P&ID.;

6. Preparation of Delivery Schedule wrt the bought‐out components

7. Follow ups & ensuring timely receipt of materials as per schedule

8. Preparation techno‐commercial comparison Bought out components

Technical Skills :

9. Very Positive negotiation skills

10. Should be good with communication skills & vocabulary.

11. Knowledge of equipment like Pumps, Valves, Transmitters etc.

12. Techno‐commercial comparison of various components

Accountable and Responsibility :

13. Coordinating with Vendors.

Preparation of Comparison charts

15. Purchase orders punching

16. Attending internal kickoff meetings

17. Reviewing system design received from vendors, discuss with other

team members

18. Preparing delivery schedule of project.

19. Ensuring Quality & Timely delivery of components

20. Suggesting quality improvements on the shortfalls encountered in previous project.

Desired profile of the candidate Minimum pre‐requisite from Ideal Candidate :

 Prior experience in OEM as Project/Purchase Engineer is must

 Shall have served as vendor to either one or all industries from

following segments

 Biotech, Biopharma, pharma or API/ Bulk‐drug, Chemical

Min. Exp. 2 Years

Max. Exp. 3 Years

Compensation range Earn a competitive salary in line with industry standards

Location of posting Thane

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
