Account Executive

Location: Head Office – Dadar, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6+ Months
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Dadar. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in accounting software, and possess excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports in MS Excel and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
