Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who will manage financial operations along with ensuring factory compliance as per statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and factory laws.

Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Finance

- Maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP)
- Prepare financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Manage budgeting and cost control
- Finalization of accounts on monthly/yearly basis

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
- TDS calculation and return filing
- Income Tax compliance and audit support
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

3. Factory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act and labor laws
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Handle inspections from government authorities
- Compliance with:
- PF & ESIC
- Professional Tax
- Labour Welfare Fund
- Environmental and safety compliance documentation

4. Audit & Documentation





- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Maintain proper documentation for audits
- Ensure all financial and compliance records are updated

5. Payroll Management

- Process employee salaries
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other deductions
- Maintain employee records

6. Vendor & Liaison Work

- Vendor payment processing and reconciliation
- Coordination with consultants, CA, and government departments

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Knowledge of Factory Act & Labour Laws
- Proficiency in Tally / Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in manufacturing/factory setup
- Ability to handle audits and compliance independently
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
