JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BRO

1. Visiting BC Points of BoB And Observing Their Operational Work. (If BC Points are following guidelines provided by the BoB or not).

2. Achieving Targets Provided By BoB & Organization through BC points.

3. Fetching New Business for BC Points and developing overall business of BC points.

4. Visiting branch of Bank of Baroda for New Code Generation. After approval of Branch Manager, BRO need to recruit new BC point. From the searching of current BC point to start proper operation of BC, it would be responsibility of BRO to take care every minor details with the help of seniors.

5. Acquiring New Customer for Life, Health, and General Insurance either through BC Points or Self Source.

6. Visiting RO for meetings.

Job Responsibility-

*Candidate Must Have Bike & Dl.

Educational Qualification – Candidate must be graduate. Candidate need to be proficient in local language and must have speaking knowledge of Hindi.

Experience – Experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Young groomed and energetic fresher candidates are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.14 - ₹14,500.50 per month
