Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate insights into intuitive design solutions, and contribute to building products that deliver exceptional usability and business value. You will play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the overall interaction and experience across digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries across platforms.
- Apply usability principles and accessibility standards to deliver inclusive digital experiences.
- Test and iterate designs based on feedback, user behaviour, and data insights.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science,



Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Certification or coursework in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design is a plus.
- Internship or project experience in UX/UI design preferred (academic projects also acceptable).

Required Skills

- Understanding of UX principles, User-Centered Design (UCD), and usability standards (Nielsen’s Heuristics)
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Familiarity with UI design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and strong visual design fundamentals
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design (WCAG basics)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and developer constraints
- Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, and product mindset (business goals/KPIs)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-team collaboration
- Good communication, attention to detail, time management, and user empathy
- Bonus: Motion design, micro-interactions, UX writing, AI/conversational design
