Dental Assistant – Join the Team at Ensō Dental Care

At Ensō Dental Care, we believe dentistry should feel calm, comfortable, exact, and patient-focused. We are looking for a sincere, energetic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team in a modern, spa-like dental practice in Vadodara.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values cleanliness and organisation, and wants to grow in a high-quality clinical environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilise instruments according to clinic protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of operatories
- Help with patient preparation and comfort
- Manage dental materials and inventory
- Assist with digital scans, X-rays, and clinical setup
- Follow sterilisation and infection control SOPs
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Coordinate with reception and clinical team when required

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass




- Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of English is an added advantage
