Job Summary:

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in Tally and Excel is a must for productive financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Tally for accounting entries and Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.

2. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

3. Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial documents.

5. Manage and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

6. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

7. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.

Provide support during internal and external audits by ensuring all financial records are accurate and accessible.

9. Process payments to vendors and suppliers, verifying accuracy and timeliness.

10. Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and facilitate smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: any degree (tally prime must).
- Experience: 0-3 years in Account, (Freshers can apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language - English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and tally prime must.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle rejection, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Other Requirements: system knowledge .
