Job Description

- Lead and oversee data processing and data quality execution to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all deliverables
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, optimize statistical efficiency, and generate insights to support business decision-making
- Supervise, mentor and support the Data Processing team to drive high performance, quality output and timely project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs and align data processing workflows accordingly
- Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and root cause analyses to identify data issues and implement preventive measures
- Provide training and guidance to team members on tools, methodologies, and quality standards
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution

Skills Required





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Excel and SPSS; experience with Quantum is preferred
- Experience with research data platforms is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Dimensions (Unicorn Base Professional) is beneficial
