Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CAD Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in CAD design and drafting. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in preparing 2D and 3D engineering drawings, design modifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, assemblies, and fabrication drawings.
- Review and modify existing designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for design implementation.
- Conduct design validations and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain design documentation and revision records.
- Perform tolerance analysis and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support prototype development and product improvements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.




- Mentor junior CAD engineers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- CATIA
- Creo (preferred)
- Autodesk Inventor (optional)
- Robust understanding of engineering drawing standards and GD&T.;
- Experience in 3D modelling and assembly design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and design requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in CAD design and engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in product design and development.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, plastic components, and mechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
