Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory equipment and facilities.
- Carry out basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Repair and replace damaged components such as switches, lights, fans, pipes, bearings, belts, and other general equipment.
- Maintain air compressors, electrical panels, water lines, and other factory utilities.
- Support installation, shifting, and setup of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure the factory premises, office, and production areas are maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to management.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.




- Follow company safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping (5S).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in general factory or industrial maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
