Position: Sales & Proposal Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Proposal Engineer to handle customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, support tender submissions, and generate current business opportunities for electrical automation and control panel projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Project teams.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports.

Qualification





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years in Sales, Proposal, Estimation, or Tendering.
- Experience in Electrical Panels, Automation, or EPC projects preferred.

Preferred Industry: Electrical Automation, Control Panels, EPC, Power Distribution, Industrial Automation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
