Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing: supplier identification, onboarding and performance management
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while working with global suppliers to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and service levels
- Oversee inventory planning and replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure efficient shipping, global import/export compliance and seamless fulfillment
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across all suppliers
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency and resilience
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
