- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse for order processing and dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Generate leads and follow up on pending inquiries and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable hardware products and display solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
- Maintain product displays and ensure updated information on recent products and offers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
