About the Role

Homzinterio is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our residential interior execution team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential home interiors, solid project execution capabilities, and proven expertise in managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Site Engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee multiple residential interior projects simultaneously from site handover to final delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and Gantt charts, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients, site teams, vendors, contractors, factory operations, interior designers, and sales teams.
- Manage customer relationships and proactively address client concerns and escalations.
- Conduct regular site reviews to ensure quality standards, safety practices, and installation accuracy.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage vendors and contractors to support project execution requirements.
- Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, technical drawings, measurements,



and installation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance.

Required Qualifications

- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with B.Arch or B.Sc. in Interior Design are also welcome to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential home interior project execution after graduation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Project Manager role.
- Experience managing at least 5–7 Site Engineers and overseeing 20+ residential interior projects.
- Age between 27 and 38 years.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, woodwork fittings, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and execution details.
- Expertise in site measurements, hardware measurements, material specifications, and installation methodologies.
- Understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems.

Communication & Leadership Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language, preferably Kannada or Hindi.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Proven customer management and escalation handling experience.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
