Job Description:

- Counsel students regarding different training program issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, study habits, and career planning etc.
- Identification & understanding of the Student's needs & Counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
- Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioural problems affecting their educational situations.
- Confer with parents or guardians, to resolve students academic problems.
- Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.




- Makes outbound & inbound calls to prospective leads and addresses queries on different training programs
- Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.
Handling walk-in & telephonic admission inquires
- Maintain accurate and complete student records.
