Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (Sales)

Job Summary:
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent post-sales support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Provide post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
