- Financial Modelling
- Well versed with Valuation Concepts and Regulatory Requirements
- Managing various engagements including Business Valuations, Intangible Valuations, PPA, Convertible Securities and ESOP valuations
- Managing multiple client engagements
- Client Interactions and Management
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Indian Laws and Regulations related to the valuation requirements
- Positive in planning and management of projects, so that can ensure timely delivery with good quality
- Team Management, Delivery Management, Quality Management
- Requirement Assessment, Developing Client Briefs, Valuation Methodology and Approach Independently
- Developing talents to meet the pace with which the firm is growing.
- Computer Skills (MS excel, Word, and power point)
- Working knowledge of various Databases like Capital IQ and or pitch book and/or Thomson Reuters

Preferred

- Worked for Indian as well as for Global clients
- Good Report writing skills
- Well versed with applicable Regulatory laws and Compliance
- Equipped with entrepreneurial mindset and Go-Getter attitude
- Experience of data analytical tools

Job Description

We are looking for Qualified CA, CFA (USA), MBA-Finance having relevant experience of 4-6 years in field of Valuations, Financial Modeling, independently managing end to end Valuation Assignments (Understanding, Executing, and Delivery), preferably Indian Clients. The candidate shall be responsible for planning, team/client management, execution and delivery of assignments with quality in timely and effective manner. The job location is Gurgaon and may involve travel at client places mostly in Delhi NCR, or outside on need basis only.
