Role Overview

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers/leads, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments or closing sales. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads via telephone to promote SJ TIES services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Information Management: Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Targets:



Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
- Persuasion: Strong ability to handle objections and convince customers.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and experience with calling software/CRMs is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in Sales is an advantage, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
