1. Private Equity - Associate

CapitalSquare is seeking a skilled, high-potential candidate for our Private Equity Desk. He will be responsible for end to end execution of Deal. This role requires robust analytical and verbal skill and ability to work under desired time lines. Candidates must be focused and strongly self-motivated, previous relevant experience is must, experience in origination would be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identification and reach out to targets for Private Equity
- Financial and Strategic analysis of Targets
- Preparation of Financial Model, Pitch Book, Presentation and other transaction documents
- Participating in the due diligence process and other general support to the senior investment team throughout the transaction process
- Managing relationship with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds
- Industry and sector research and identification of potential and active areas
- End to end execution of transaction

Education / Qualification

CA or MBA is highly desirable.
