Job Description – Senior Tender Executive

Position: Senior Tender Executive
Experience: 5–6 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for government, PSU, and private sector projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of e-tendering portals, documentation, commercial and technical bid preparation, and post-award coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other government/private platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, technical documents, compliance, and approvals.
- Prepare EMD, Bank Guarantee, Performance Security, and other tender-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors,



and government authorities regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Maintain a tender database, MIS reports, and submission records.
- Follow up on bid status, purchase orders, contracts, and work orders.
- Support management in preparing cost estimates and bid strategies.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Excellent understanding of tender documentation and procurement procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification or training in e-procurement/tendering will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in Engineering, EPC, HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
