About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Full Stack Developer to build and scale internal operational platforms for the organization.

The role focuses on designing and developing centralized web-based platforms to digitize, automate, and optimize workflows across Purchase, Inventory Management, Production Monitoring, Reporting, and Operational Visibility functions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of modules from concept to deployment while collaborating closely with management and operations teams to convert manual workflows into scalable digital systems.

This is a product-oriented engineering role focused on operational automation and internal platform development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications
- Build responsive frontend interfaces and operational dashboards using React and TypeScript
- Develop backend services, APIs, database structures, and workflow logic
- Convert Excel/Google Sheet-driven workflows into centralized digital systems
- Design secure and scalable relational database architecture using PostgreSQL/Supabase
- Implement authentication, authorization, and Row Level Security (RLS)
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and automation workflows where required
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to understand business processes and operational requirements
- Participate in system design, workflow planning,



and architecture discussions
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability
- Maintain proper technical documentation and workflow notes
- Work in an ownership-driven and execution-focused environment
