Role Summary

We are looking for anAutomation Executive with hands-on experience inMicrosoft Power Platform and basic RPA technologies to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions. The role involves working closely with Automation Analysts and senior team members to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-aligned automation solutions. The candidate should be keen to learn, capable of handling medium-complexity automations independently, and provide effective support during production releases.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Solution Delivery

- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Work on assigned automation tasks/modules under guidance
- Assist in requirement understanding, solution configuration, and UAT support
- Ensure developed solutions follow defined standards, security, and compliance guidelines

Power Apps Development

- Develop and enhanceCanvas Apps under defined requirements
- Support UI improvements and basic UX enhancements
- Implement:
- Data validation
- Basic error handling
- Performance-friendly controls and formulas
- Integrate Power Apps with data sources such as:
- SharePoint
- Dataverse
- Excel and other standard connectors

Power Automate (Cloud Flows)

- Create and modify automated workflows using:
- Triggers
- Conditions
- Loops
- Approvals
- Implement notifications and basic exception handling
- Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 services such as:
- Outlook
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Troubleshoot flow failures and support optimization efforts

Power Automate Desktop RPA

- Develop and supportattended automation bots using Power Automate Desktop
- Assist in automating desktop and web-based tasks
- Implement:
- UI automation steps
- Basic exception handling
- Logging and retry mechanisms




- Support monitoring and issue resolution for bots in production

Collaboration, Learning Governance

- Follow established automation best practices and coding standards
- Participate in:
- Code reviews (as contributor)
- Knowledge-sharing sessions
- Actively learn RPA concepts, Power Platform features, and enterprise automation standards
- Escalate risks, issues, and technical challenges in a timely manner

Production Support Documentation

- Provide L2/L2.5 support for deployed automation solutions
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of:
- Technical documents
- Configuration notes
- User and deployment guides
- Support incident resolution and minor enhancements post go-live

Mandatory Technical Skillset

Development Integration Skills

- Basic knowledge of:
- REST APIs JSON
- Standard Power Platform connectors
- Familiarity with:
- SQL or structured data (good to have)
