About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join Phian Infotec.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, and driving revenue by promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and promote the company's digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, Branding, and other digital solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or Excel.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency will be an added advantage.
