Responsibility:

· Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms

· Administering financial statements including Trial balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets

· Manage internal & statutory audit schedules individually

· Manage Costing & budgeting

· Monitoring of GST Returns, Income Tax & TDS Returns (Salary & Non-Salary) and Individual Tax Return

· Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets for core business.

· Preparation, analysis and managing of Cash Flow including Predicting future financial trends

· Manage Site Selection & Engagement Internal and External Reporting

· Manage all due diligence reports, design and selection for recent land opportunities.





· End to end coordination with Statutory Auditors to complete the Stat Audit.

· Manage daily reports

Skills Required:

· Tally Prime & Any advanced software knowledge

· Advance Excel – Pivot Table, VLookup, HLookup

· Able to handle a team

· Should be well versed with the latest software environment

· Develop new ideas to streamline the Financial activities

· Good Communication skills

· Email & Letter Drafting

Education Qualification: B.Com (Com)/ MBA (Finance)

Work Experience: Min. 3+Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
