We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting basic screening interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.
Eligibility:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
