Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for the complete employee lifecycle — from offer release and onboarding through day-to-day engagement, grievance handling, compliance, and smooth exit formalities. The role has a particular focus on managing remote and client-site deployed employees across geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Offer & Pre-Onboarding

-
Draft, review, and release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters in a timely and accurate manner.
-
Coordinate pre-joining documentation: educational certificates, ID proofs, background verification, and reference checks.
-
Maintain a pre-onboarding tracker and ensure zero-delay joinee experience.

2. HRMS & Attendance Management

-
Perform accurate and timely entries in the HRMS for new joiners, transfers, and exits.
-
Own attendance management — track leave, regularisation, and shift data; resolve discrepancies promptly.
-
Generate MIS reports from HRMS for payroll inputs and management review.

3. Statutory Compliance

-
Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC registrations, monthly filings,

and related employee queries.
-
Maintain awareness of applicable labour laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
-
Coordinate with consultants/auditors during compliance assessments.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Management

-
Conduct regular connects with employees (especially remote and client-deployed staff) to build rapport and gauge satisfaction.
-
Address grievances promptly, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the resolution process.
-
Implement retention initiatives and escalate high-risk attrition cases proactively.

5. Exit Formalities

-
Manage end-to-end exit process: resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, NOC, clearance, and experience letters.
-
Conduct structured exit interviews; analyse feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
-
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and asset recovery.

6. Insurance & Benefits Administration

-
Manage group health insurance — enrolments, deletions, claims coordination, and annual renewals.
-
Administer other employee benefit schemes and keep employees informed of entitlements.

7. Remote & Client-Site Employee Management

-
Serve as the single point of contact for employees deployed at client locations or working remotely.
-
