We’re seeking an experienced project manager to manage organization’s key client solar projects. The incumbent will be required to organize and control the preparation and execution of Renewable Energy construction contracts and to meet company objectives of maximizing quality and safety. The Project Manager will oversee Renewable Energy projects from commencement to completion and deliver every project on time within budget as projected. A Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time while ensuring that our work adheres to all company safety policies.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

- Ensure PV installations are completed within the programme schedule and budgets as per project timeline
- Confident delivery of briefing & coordinating all activities on assigned contracts
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report, Contract Review, Techno-commercial assessment
- Planning and Coordination
- Ensure compliance of quality and safety of works at all times
- Effective management of multiple sites and respective site engineers
- Continuously monitor and maintain excellent levels of health & safety on site

- Conducting all essential tests required in entire solar project execution




- Having knowledge of IS/NEC codes for solar project execution
- High level reporting direct to the operations director
- Coordination with site team for supervision of project progress, QA/QC and resolving client queries and issues
- Coordination and liasioning with various govt. bodies for approval required for the various projects pan India
- Establish relationship with local DISCOM and nodal agency for projects
- Site surveys to be undertaken as required

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
with specialisation in energy systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV system design
- Proficient in PVSyst, G-sketch up, Auto Cad

- Experience in design of various balance of systems (BOS) components
- Valuable understanding of all related design codes and best industry practices
- Experience in selection and finalizing bill of materials (BOM).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Time management skills required to achieve established targets
