- Process and manage daily orders received from Ecommerce platforms.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock availability.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Prepare daily order, dispatch, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dispatch procedures.
- Maintain high order accuracy and customer satisfaction through effective operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
