We have a requirement for Purchase Executive,Isha Life for Coimbatore. The work location is Madhampatti. Please find below the Job description:

- Identify purchasing requirements from various departments.
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Verify purchase documents, invoices, delivery challans, and goods received notes (GRNs).
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase reports.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers for long-term collaboration.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or incorrect shipments.
- Coordinate with stores, finance, logistics, and user departments for smooth procurement operations.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and statutory requirements.
- Track market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in vendor audits, performance evaluations, and contract renewals.
