As part of our continuous growth in the retail segment, we are looking for a passionate Back Office Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our team in maintaining accurate records and handling essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, with a good command of email communication and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update company data and records in an organized manner
- Work extensively with MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Handle routine email correspondence and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining internal files




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow
- Perform other administrative duties as required

Required Skills:

- Proficient in MS Excel (including formulas, formatting, basic functions)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic understanding of email drafting and communication
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role
- Graduate in any discipline

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
