* Hospital experience is mandatory.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital stores/inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, and store medical and non-medical supplies.

* Issue materials to departments as per requisitions.

* Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department.

* Perform physical stock verification and inventory audits.

* Track expiry dates and follow FEFO/FIFO practices.

* Maintain inward and outward stock documentation.

* Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth material flow.
