What You'll Do
- Have real conversations with learners about where they want their career to go — and map Foundit's programs to that vision.
- Run consultative counselling sessions that build genuine trust, not just pitches.
- Personalize every recommendation using the learner's background, experience, and goals — data-driven, never generic.
- Own the full sales journey: first contact → demo → close → post-sale relationship.
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets through sharp follow-ups and counselling finesse.
- Keep your CRM pipeline sharp and give marketing the feedback loop that sharpens lead quality over time.
What Makes You a Outstanding Fit
- 1–5 years in B2C sales — cold-calling chops are a big plus.
- You've sold high-ticket products and know how to work with premium/affluent customer segments.
- A graduate degree, ideally aligned to the program vertical:
- Data / Tech / AI programs: Engineering, Computer Science, BCA
- Management programs: BBA, Management, BSc, BCom, or equivalent
- Currently an individual contributor, hungry to make an outsized impact.
