Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our products, generate business leads, and build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and corporate clients. The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field visits and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, hotels, and corporate clients to promote company products.
- Generate current business leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet purchase managers, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in field marketing or field sales.

Preferred:

Experience in hospital supplies, healthcare, medical equipment, textiles, uniforms, linen, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Salary:

As per company standards and experience + Travel Allowance (TA) + Incentives.

Field-based | Full-time

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Daily client visits
- New leads generated
- Sales conversions
- Monthly revenue achieved
- Customer retention and follow-up efficiency
- Timely submission of visit reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
