Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technology-oriented Executive/Intern – Application Development (Agribusiness Supply Chain) to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of our digital agribusiness supply chain platform. The candidate will work closely with the business, technology, and operations teams to build user-centric solutions that improve procurement, logistics, inventory management, market linkage, and supply chain transparency.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in agriculture, supply chain management, software development, AI, and digital transformation.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

- Assist in designing and developing web and mobile applications for agribusiness supply chain management.
- Build and maintain application modules for farmer registration, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, and order tracking.
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services where required.
- Test applications, identify bugs, and support debugging activities.
- Participate in software deployment and maintenance.

Business Analysis





- Understand agribusiness workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Gather requirements from farmers, FPOs, traders, processors, and internal teams.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and functional documentation.
- Recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Data & Technology

- Support database management and data validation.
- Assist in implementing AI-enabled features such as price prediction, demand forecasting, quality grading, and supply chain analytics.
- Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, field teams, and management.
- Participate in sprint planning, testing, and product improvement discussions.
- Provide technical support to users during implementation.

Required QualificationsExecutive

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Data Science, MCA, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in software/application development (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Intern

- Final-year students or recent graduates pursuing B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, MSc (Computer Science/IT), Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Basic knowledge of APIs and cloud platforms.
- Programming knowledge in one or more languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, or Dart.
- Familiarity with React, React Native, Flutter, Angular,



or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of mobile application development is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Interest in agritech, digital agriculture, and supply chain technologies.
- Knowledge of GIS, IoT, AI/ML, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems.
- Experience with Firebase, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
