- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant salon environment
- Ensure all equipment is functional and serviced regularly
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Staff Supervision
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate salon staff (stylists, assistants, receptionists)
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive and professional team setting
- Ensure staff compliance with salon policies and industry regulations
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure staff provide consistent, high-quality services
Sales & Marketing
- Promote salon services and products to meet or exceed sales goals
- Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Track sales and performance metrics, and prepare reports for ownership
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, payroll, and expenses in alignment with company goals
- Track and report daily sales and financial performance
- Recommend pricing strategies and service packages
