We are looking for a creative and passionate Associate – Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing compelling content, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a strong understanding of digital content strategies. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development

- Create engaging, original, and high-quality content in Malayalam and English for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
- Develop compelling headlines, ad copy, articles, and SEO-friendly content to improve reach, traffic, and audience engagement.
- Research, write, and curate informative, educational, and creative content tailored to the EdTech sector.

2. Social Media & Digital Content

- Develop engaging social media posts, captions, video scripts, and other digital content to enhance audience interaction.
- Adapt writing style, tone, and messaging for various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging content that complements written communication.

3. Research & Content Strategy

- Stay up to date with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital content practices.




- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and well-structured.
- Explore innovative content formats such as infographics, podcasts, and interactive media.

4. Editing & Quality Assurance

- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, readability, and consistency.
- Review articles, scripts, and marketing materials before publication.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

Requirements & Skills

- Strong proficiency in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills with the ability to engage target audiences.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and audience segments.
- Basic understanding of SEO writing, keyword research, and content marketing best practices.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities to produce accurate and informative content.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
