Architectural Draftsman

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD and other design software. The candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to convert design concepts into technical drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable building standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA), Good for Construction (GFC), and shop drawings.
- Convert conceptual sketches into detailed CAD drawings.
- Prepare submission drawings for municipal approvals where required.
- Revise drawings based on client, architect, and site feedback.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, and Project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building codes.
- Prepare door, window, flooring, and ceiling layouts.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material schedules.
- Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and project records.




- Support the project team throughout the design and execution stages.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship.
- 2–5 years of experience in Architectural Drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Understanding of municipal regulations and construction standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Arch/Civil Draftsmanship

Location: Mumbai

Joining: Immediate / As per Notice Period

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
