The QA/QC Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring all food products, processes and packaging meet company standards , FSSAI, and HACCP guidelines. The role involves monitoring production conducting inspections, handling complaints and driving continuous improvemnet in food safety safety and Quality.

Key Skills & Competencies

1.Strong Knowledge of FSSAI,HACCP,ISO 22000, GMP

2.Good Understanding of food microbiology , sensory evaluation.

3.Analytical skills and attention to detail

4.Team handling and training ability

5.Proficient in MS excel and reporting

6.Proble solving and decision making under pressure

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
